1.4. “Inquiry” refers to a request for service or quotation submitted by a potential client through the platform.

2. Participation Fees:

2.1. The participation fee for the service is €70 net per year.

2.2. Payment of the fee constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

3. Scope of Services:

3.1. WasteLicenceCheck.com provides a platform for waste transport companies to receive and respond to transport inquiries.

3.2. The service includes listing the participant’s company in the public database and forwarding inquiries to the participant.

4. Participation Rules:

4.1. Participation enables the receipt of transport inquiries from various entities including individual customers, manufacturers, forwarding agents, and recyclers.

4.2. Registering a company in the database signifies consent to receive transport inquiries, a copy of which is also sent to WasteLicenceCheck.com.

5. Payment Terms:

5.1. Accepted payment methods include proforma invoice.

6. Termination:

6.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with [insert notice period] notice.

6.2. Refunds for early termination will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Dispute Resolution:

7.1. Any disputes arising from these regulations will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to legal action.

8.3. Participants have the right to access and correct their personal data. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for using the services of the website.

9. Limitation of Liability:

9.1. WasteLicenceCheck.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

10. Force Majeure:

10.1. Neither party shall be liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.
